Data We Collect
- ›Account information: Your email address and hashed credentials provided during registration.
- ›Uploaded files: Documents (PDF, image, text) uploaded through the tools. These files are only temporarily processed during analysis and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after completion.
- ›Usage data: Which tools were used and when, credit consumption and session information.
- ›Support requests: Messages and screenshots submitted through the support form.
How Do We Use Your Data?

🔒 Your data is never used to train AI models, sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Retention Periods
- ›Uploaded files: Permanently deleted as soon as analysis is complete.
- ›Account data: Retained while the account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- ›Support requests: 1 year from the resolution date.
- ›System logs: 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
Security
All data traffic is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS. Passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing and are never stored in plain text.
Third-Party Services
- ›Google Cloud — Gemini, Document AI and Vision API infrastructure is used for AI analyses.
- ›Lemon Squeezy — Payments are processed through the Lemon Squeezy infrastructure. Your card details are not stored on Assistly servers.
The privacy policies of these providers apply.
Cookies
Assistly uses only essential session cookies. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Terms of Use
Service Description
Assistly is a SaaS platform offering AI-powered tools in document processing, data analysis and digital intelligence. Tools operate via a credit system with quotas defined per subscription plan.
Acceptable Use
You may only use the platform for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- ✕Processing or disclosing others' personal data without their consent
- ✕Abusing the system with automated tools, reverse engineering it or overloading it
- ✕Creating fake accounts or manipulating the credit system
- ✕Generating or processing content that violates any applicable law
OSINT Tools — Special Liability Disclaimer
OSINT tools within Assistly analyse only publicly available data sources and are designed for research, journalism and corporate security purposes.
Legal liability arising from malicious, harassing or unlawful use of these tools rests entirely with the user.
Assistly may share the IP address and relevant access records of accounts identified for misuse with competent authorities upon official request.
Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through the Lemon Squeezy infrastructure. Refund conditions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Account Suspension & Termination
In the event of a breach of the terms of use, Assistly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.
Service Changes
Assistly reserves the right to change the scope of the service, tools and pricing with advance notice. Significant changes will be notified to your registered email address.
Limitation of Liability
Assistly does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. Platform outputs are for informational purposes; professional advice is recommended for critical decisions.
Dispute Resolution
In disputes relating to the service, resolution is sought first through direct communication. You may contact our support team; requests are addressed as soon as possible.
Updates to Terms
Significant changes to this document will be notified by email at least 7 days before the effective date.
